DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Converts project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to create or modify software.2. Translates algorithms and technical specifications into computer source-code.3. Analyzes specifications, applying knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic4. Edits, compiles, debugs and builds software that is suited for the project utilizing any development environment5. Researches/Evaluates software or hardware that may assist in development or may be used as program platforms.6. Adheres to programming standards and format.7. Works closely with the Development Lead and Business Analyst in the gathering, organization, and analysis of the requirements.8. Researches on technologies and approaches critical to the system's architecture.9. Discusses suggestions, recommendations, or improvements to the Development Team Lead or Project Management.10. Consults functionality details with the Development Team Lead which is needed to design and prototype the system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:Graduate of BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology and other related coursesAt least 5 or more years of work experience in Information Technology or Software DevelopmentKnowledgeable in any of the following programming skills: C#,.NET Technologies, Python, JAVA& PHP.Knowledgeable in any of the following Relational Database Systems such as: MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.Understanding on any of the following web design concepts such as: HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.Knowledgeable in any of the following GIS Software Development of the following ESRI, Leaflet and Google
