Sr. Salesforce Developer with Sales and Services experienceMust be willing to provide overlap with PST time zone for at least 4-5 hours.Experience - 8+years
Responsibilities:
i. Design, develop, and implement custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform for both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
ii. Collaborate with business analysts, salesforce admins, and project managers to gather and analyze requirements to ensure solutions align with business goals.
iii. Leverage expertise in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools to build robust and user-friendly applications.
iv. Develop and maintain Service Cloud functionalities, including customizing the console, building custom components, and integrating with external systems.
v. Configure workflows, automation rules, and business logic to automate processes and improve efficiency in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
vi. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to Salesforce best practices.
vii. Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
viii. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
i. Proven experience in Salesforce development (7+ years) with expertise in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
ii. Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST).
iii. Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using web services or APIs a plus.
iv. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
v. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
