Job Responsibilities: -Design, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.Perform data analysis and ensure data quality by validating and testing data saources.Write complex SQL queries tto extract, transform and load data from multiple data sources.Optimize Tableau dashboardsfor performance and scalability.Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau and data visualization best practices.Document processes, methodologies and standards for Tableau development and data management.Stay updated with the latest Tableau features , SQL advancements.

Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science or related field.A minimum 5 years of experience in Tableau development, including dashboard creation, report generation and data visualization.Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.Experience with data warehousing concepts and data modeling.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Skills: -Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik View).Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.Experience working in an Agile development environment.Certification in Tableau (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Desktop Certified Associate).
