Sr. Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mysql, Php, and JavaScript, with a proven track record of building scalable web applications. Additionally, candidates with entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and a self-starter mentality are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable web applications.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices.Develop front-end and back-end components using Mysql, Php, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise and provide timely solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.Actively contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies.Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Full-Stack development.Proficiency in Mysql, Php, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., Laravel, React, Angular).Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

Experience with entrepreneurial ventures or startup environments.Knowledge of additional programming languages and technologies.Demonstrated ability to lead projects or initiatives.Prior experience in a customer-facing role.

Direct-hire on the Uplers payroll
