Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow and will possess a broad range of skills to manage the full lifecycle development of user stories assigned to the Sprint Backlog. The candidate will work closely with clients to gather requirements, document technical specifications, and implement complex solutions that meet business needs.Key Responsibilities:ServiceNow Development: Serve as the developer for ServiceNow projects, guiding the team through the full lifecycle development of user stories.Client Engagement: Conduct requirement sessions with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.ITSM and CSM Implementation: Implement and configure ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) applications, ensuring alignment with client requirements.Platform Customizations: Perform customizations on the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements.Complex Integrations: Develop and configure integrations using Integration HUB spokes, integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and microservices.Workflow Configuration: Utilize Flow Designer to configure workflows, ensuring efficient and effective process automation.Playbook Configuration: Configure playbooks to guide users through complex processes and tasks.Integration Solutions: Design and implement integration solutions using REST API web services, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.Solution Demonstration: Configure and demonstrate solutions within the ServiceNow platform to stakeholders and clients.Enterprise Software Solutions: Design and implement client-facing solutions leveraging enterprise software, ensuring scalability and reliability.Technology Expertise: Maintain a fundamental understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS, Shell scripting, and Active Directory.Certification and Compliance: Maintain ITIL certification and pursue ServiceNow certifications, with a preference for ITSM and CSM.Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions and integrations.Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of experience with ServiceNow development and implementation.Proven experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM, CSM applications, and complex integrations.Strong background in ServiceNow platform customizations and configurations.Expertise in integration utilizing Integration HUB spokes and REST API web services.Proficiency in Flow Designer and playbook configurations.Solid understanding of enterprise software solutions and key integration technologies.ITIL certification required; ServiceNow certifications preferred (ITSM, CSM).Excellent technical documentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and client engagement skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS, Shell scripting, and Active Directory.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proven track record of delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions on time and within budget.If you are a motivated ServiceNow professional with a passion for delivering innovative solutions and leading development teams, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
