Responsibilities Research and development of new technologies and testing their usabilityProviding full-fledged software development capabilities and skills to new software expertsGuiding and supporting software units developing applications using the infrastructure and providing technical advice on selected technologiesRealizing or guiding the data architecture and application architecture designs of the softwareKeeping up with technology and adapting innovations to the organization's needsEstablishing and enforcing coding standards and ensuring compliance with those standards Skills Minimum of 3 years of software development experienceExperienced in designing and developing highly scalable and multi-user application architecturesExperienced in object-oriented software developmentExperienced in SOLID principles and design patternsKnowledgeable in DevOps practicesExperienced in relational and NoSQL databasesExperienced in Micro Service ArchitectureExperienced in Distributed Cache technologiesKnowledgeable in cloud technologiesDeveloped projects using C#, ASP.net, .Net Framework, and Net CoreKnowledgeable in Front-End Technologies (HTML/CSS, JS, React, etc.)Video stack expertise is a plusCollaborative team playerAccountable and able to take technical initiatives when necessary
