We are currently looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong Python and React experience. You will work closely with a distributed team of product managers, software engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to develop new features and produce client deliverables. This individual will be gaining an understanding of the unique business and technical requirements on each engagement to facilitate the most appropriate solution design; practicing strong configuration management and version control.
This position is a full-time role. We are 100% remote but candidates must reside and be authorized to work in Costa Rica.
Required Skills
4+ years' experience developing robust and scalable backend solutions using Python Develop, implement, and maintain Python-based applications utilizing Pydantic, FastAPI, Flask and/or DjangoNinja frameworks.3+ years' experience utilizing ReactDesign and architect robust and scalable APIs adhering to industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following coding standards and guidelines.Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications, providing timely resolutions.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python development and related frameworks.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Document technical designs, procedures, and guidelines for reference and knowledge sharing.Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Liaise with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and IT peers to ensure clear and efficient communication throughout projects
