Innovate! Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its geospatial solutions team as a Senior Application Developer. Our team is looking for a well-organized, self-directed individual who can provide expert-level support to customize and configure geospatial applications to meet project or user needs. The candidate must have a “let me at it” attitude who can adapt to a fluid work environment and an occasionally demanding schedule. LOCATIONRemote JOB RESPONSIBILITIESThe Senior Application Developer will be responsible for the development, creation, and modification of general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. The candidate will analyze user needs and develop software solutions, aiming to optimize operational efficiency. They will design software or customize existing software for client use, and may also analyze and design databases within an application area, either individually or as part of a team. Additionally, the Senior Application Developer may supervise other computer programmers.

SENIOR LEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES:Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.Plan and lead major technology assignments.Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.May supervise others.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Proficiency in Java, Angular, and Agile methodologies.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.7+ years of experience in application development.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.US Citizenship required, with existing clearance preferred.
