Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Shopify Developer. The Shopify Developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to web development and design using Shopify. They will work on creating and implementing Shopify themes, customizing Shopify templates, integrating third-party plugins, and optimizing website performance. The Shopify Developer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.

Qualifications Proficiency in Shopify development, including theme creation and customizationExperience in web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptKnowledge of liquid programming languageExperience with responsive and mobile-first designFamiliarity with integrating third-party plugins and APIsUnderstanding of SEO best practices for e-commerce websitesStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Magento) is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
