JOB OVERVIEWPlan A is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Casino Game Developer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Game Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and integration of games and gaming solutions for land-based casinos and online real-money iGaming providers. Work will include designing and implementing robust solutions for our game projects; leading complex game porting assignments; updating existing legacy slot games and online table games; overseeing one or more teams of highly skilled game programmers; co-creating new slot and table games; mentoring and motivating team members; architecting solutions to challenging integrations; and being an all-around casino game guru for the team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership: Take a leadership role in guiding the development team towards the successful execution of gaming projects. Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in developing wagering solutions and slot and table games with a deep understanding of class 2 and class 3 math concepts and implementation across both land based and online. Leverage your experience to develop and integrate games for online real-money gaming platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Integration: Drive the integration of game clients into multiple Remote Gaming Server (RGS) systems, leveraging your expertise in the international online gaming space to optimize performance and user experience.Technology: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools relevant to game development, and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, and provide solutions that meet their needs effectively.Project Management: Contribute to discovery processes and task estimation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality gaming products from concept to delivery and ongoing support.Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach, prioritizing user experience and satisfaction throughout the development lifecycle.

EXPERIENCEProven experience in developing games for land-based and online real-money gaming, with a focus on slot games.Experience and strong understanding of the 'real-money gaming’ technology ecosystemStrong understanding of the regulatory requirements and impacts to game development with a focus on implementing best practices.Proficiency in a variety of programming languages and tools relevant to game development.Hands on experience in Backend development Strong experience in RGS integrationExperience working with different GDKsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.Experience in team mentoring and management, with a track record of fostering collaboration and innovation.Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment, collaborating with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.Very good command of English.Experience in leading and mentoring development teams
