Salesforce Developer

Job Description:• Who can take ownership of all programmatic requests and integration with enterprise systems.• Develop, implement and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions and integrations.• Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator, Product Manager and developers to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits),• Perform thorough analysis before integration with enterprise systems like CRM, Azure, Databricks, and Fivetran.• Provide strategic recommendations based on findings to optimize processes and system integrations.• Leverage Salesforce Lightning experience to develop Lightning Web Components, and customize Visualforce pages for Lightning Experience. Use Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to enhance user interfaces and backend functionalities.• Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.• Integrations: Conduct complex integrations with enterprise systems such as Azure, Databricks, and Cosmos DB, employing advanced integration techniques using Pipelines, REST and SOAP APIs.• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development,• Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code,• Integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce, such as Conga, NetSuite and Salesforce marketing cloud• Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business

Qualifications and Background Required:• At least 3-4 years of Salesforce Sales Cloud product knowledge & Salesforce development experience.• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce etc.• Experience with API and integrations• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc• Experience with software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem.• General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL• A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices,• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
