Job DescriptionThe RPA Developer leverages intelligent automation technologies and various toolsets to develop complex robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to existing business processes. The successful candidate ensures that designed automation provides the required results through testing, monitoring, technical support, and continued process optimization.

Essential FunctionsAdopt design principles that drive high reusability, maintainability, and scalability to design and configure new RPA processes and objects in the RPA tool.Support existing production automation and implementation of automation revisions.Ensures timely, effective, and quality delivery of bots with minimum discovered defectsCollaborative work with team members to ensure all work is adequately tested, secure, and functionalCollaborative work with team members to diagnose, identify, and remediate issues and defectsMust have excellent attention to detail and be committed to delivering quality resultsAssist in analyzing and documenting requirements, testing, and other design artifacts.Assist with maintaining documentation in the context of a change management process.Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time

Skills and ExperienceHands-on experience with RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere A360 (preferred), UIPath, Blue Prism)Experience in Automation Anywhere control room activities, including workflow queues, device pools, credential lockers, etc.Experience in integrating RPA with external applications using APIs as required;Experience with relational databases, SQL query development, and testing;Experience working with technical documentation; PDD, SDD, and end-user documentation preferred;Experience with agile development methodology;Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting;Excellent time management and organizational skills;Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills;Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed;Willingness and Capability to learn new technologies quicklyPython and/or Selenium experience a plus
