Senior Backend Developer

Job Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, integrate, and scale APIs using Xano (No Code Backend)Actively participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features.Implement secure, reliable, and scalable database-driven applications.Design database schemas and optimize queries to enhance performance.Adapt to and integrate no-code solutions within the development stack.Ensure the best practices in backend development and data security.

Requirements:Minimum of 5+ years of experience in backend development with technologies such as Node.js, Laravel, or similar.Strong knowledge of database management and experience with SQL databases; specific experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL is highly preferred.Proven ability to design efficient database tables and optimize SQL queries.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think strategically before coding.Excellent communication skills in English, capable of collaborating effectively with an international team primarily based in Mumbai, India.Experience in conducting thorough code reviews and contributing to project planning and prioritization.A strong affinity for best practices in software development and a passion for learning new technologies.
