We are passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable, intuitive software products and are seeking a skilled Back-end Software Engineer with an active-oriented mindset who will be responsible for the development and delivery of our SaaS application.

What You Will Be Doing

Reporting to the Head of Engineering. Writing and implementing, clean, scalable, well-documented code based on technical designs and high-fidelity UX prototypes. Researching and designing new software systems, applications, and interfaces. Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing software systems. Maintaining software code and security systems. Meeting with Development Managers, Program Managers, and Executives to discuss the scope and status of software projects.

Creating technical documents.

What You Need for this Position

A Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or relevant experience 5+ years of total software engineering experience Experience creating robust, scalable SaaS solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Methodical, organized, and a self-starter. Programming Languages: Crystal or Ruby Experience with Swagger / OpenAPI, REST, JSON, Distributed systems, PostgreSQL Experience with GIT
