Golang Senior Developer

Nightwatch is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Golang Developer to help us build and empower a high-performing engineering team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technical direction, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

We're looking for someone who:Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and enjoys the challenge of building something from the ground up.Possesses strong leadership and technical skills with a minimum of 2 years experience mentoring junior engineers.Has deep technical expertise in TCP/IP protocols and networking.Has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Demonstrates exceptional technical expertise with 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly with Golang.Effectively communicates complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Embraces a culture of continuous learning and is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.Prioritizes building a strong team culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities:Contribute to the design and development of scalable and maintainable software solutions.Implement best practices for code quality, maintainability, and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design) to translate business needs into technical solutions.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality code.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into our development process where appropriate.
