PURPOSE
This position’s primary responsibility will be to support our growing ServiceNow implementation. This role will provide platform support, implement changes and requests, and work on system integrations.
Responsibilities
Participate in developing the application roadmapTesting and validation to ensure the system is working properlyAssist with integrating clients and third-party software integrationsMeet with internal/external clients to determine business, functional, and technical requirementsContribute to training and documentationProvide data, reporting, and analytics in support of business operations and metrics
MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Direct ServiceNow Experience
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, SPMExperience developing within a domain separated instance preferredServiceNow certifications (Administration (CAS), Developer (CAD)) preferredWorking knowledge of Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Workflows, Flow Designer, Update Sets, import sets, transform maps, Client Scripts, IU Policies, Form designing, Inbound Actions, Notifications, Reporting, Dashboards, Form designing, and Service CatalogExperience integrating ServiceNow with other third-party platforms, including ingesting data from those systems preferred
General Technical & Development Experience
JavaScript experience requiredHTML, AngularJS, jQuery, Service Portal experience a plusWorking knowledge of API (Application Programming Interface) Management; REST, SOAP, Formats JSON, XMLGeneral and technical documentation writing, based on audienceProject Management, Agile Scrum Management, a plus
Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, Computer Science, MIS or equivalentThe ideal candidates will have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experienceAbility to work both independently and within a team environmentAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyBackground in ITIL and Knowledge Management processes preferableExcellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to solution with limited requirements
