PHP Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly resourceful and innovative PHP Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the layout, design, and coding of websites using PHP, as well as a strong background in web application development with PHP and MySQL Server databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a mix of maintenance, enhancements, and new development as required. • Act as a data analyst and work with business intelligence applications to support business needs. • Document features, technical specifications, and infrastructure responsibilities. • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. • Troubleshoot and resolve website problems. • Conduct website performance tests and monitor website performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development and software design. • Expertise in front-end technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. • Proficient in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony. • Strong experience with MySQL databases, including database design and query optimization. • Solid understanding of web application security principles and best practices. • Experience with version control systems such as Git. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Ruby on Rails). • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration. • Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
