Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a WordPress developer at UPDOT®. As a WordPress developer, you will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, responsive web design, and web development tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain websites using the WordPress platform.

QualificationsExperience using ACF/ACF Pro (Advanced custom fields) pluginExperience using visual page builders and creating custom templates for these pluginsKnowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)Experience integrating 3rd party apps with WordPressExperience using the WooCommerce pluginExperience developing responsive design websitesAbility to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pagesProficient understanding of code versioning tools i.e. GitHubStrong understanding of PHP back-end development
