Are you interested in solving complex problems for ServiceNow customers? We're the leading DevOps partner in the ServiceNow ecosystem and are looking for engineers that are ready to learn the latest technologies and integrate them with the ServiceNow platform. This is a unique opportunity to work with the ServiceNow platform while still learning AWS, GCP, Azure along with Jenkins, Github, QA tools, and more!

What you'll do:

Develop quality software and web applicationsAnalyze and maintain existing software applicationsDesign highly scalable, testable codeDiscover and fix programming bugs3rd party integration development (REST, SOAP, mid servers, etc)Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL's, UI scriptsWork independently with customers on implementations and remote servicesTroubleshoot basic configuration/script issuesAttend requirements review and validation sessions as neededParticipate in SCRUM callsUtilize strong written and verbal communication skillsStay on time and on task with assigned customer work

Who you are:

Live in and authorized to work in APJBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fieldDevelopment experience with JS or ServiceNowExperience working with ITOM products is a plusExperience in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, AIOps is a plus.Experience/willingness working on multiple projects simultaneouslySelf-Learner and eager to understand new technologies
