GIS Developer with ArcPy/Python Experience

Job Description:We are seeking a talented GIS Developer to join our team and lead the migration of our ArcMap-based Python toolboxes to ArcGIS Pro. This role is critical in ensuring that our GIS tools are up-to-date, efficient, and compatible with the latest software environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Migrate existing ArcMap-based Python toolboxes to ArcGIS Pro.Ensure that all functionalities of the toolboxes are maintained or improved during the migration process.Update and optimize Python scripts to be compatible with ArcGIS Pro.Collaborate with the GIS team to test and validate the migrated toolboxes.Document the migration process and provide training to team members on the new toolboxes.

Qualifications5-10 years of extensive experience in developing GIS applications and working with ArcPy/Python developmentProficiency in ArcGIS Software Desktop Products ( ArcMap & ArcGIS Pro)ArcGIS Geoprocessing Tools and Service publishing experience.ArcGIS Javascript API based Web Application development experience is a Plus, not required.Custom Widget Development experience is a Plus, not required..Salary depends on the experience.
