Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading and mentoring our frontend team, developing sophisticated web and mobile applications, and working on projects such as resume builders, text editors, and web resume template previews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React (NextJS), React Native, and relevant frontend technologies. Experience with WordPress and Webflow is highly valued and will be considered an added advantage.

ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the frontend development team, providing guidance and support to junior developers.Develop and maintain complex web applications using React, including integration with WordPress and Webflow platforms.Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.Work on innovative projects, including resume builders, text editors, and web resume template previews similar to resume.io.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, user-friendly designs.Implement modern libraries and frameworks to enhance application performance and user experience.Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve code quality.Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend and mobile development technologies and trends, and incorporate them into the development process.

RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.Proven experience in mobile development using React Native.Proven experience in developing text editors, maps, resume builders, and web resume template previews.Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and teach a frontend team.Proficiency in modern frontend and mobile technologies and frameworks.Experience with WordPress and Webflow is advantageous.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
