Role OverviewAs a Commission Software Developer at TechBurst, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the overall success of our company. Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development: Design, develop, and maintain software applications according to project requirements and specifications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.Testing & Debugging: Perform thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security. Identify and fix bugs and issues promptly.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Continuously improve your skills and contribute to the advancement of the team's capabilities.Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.

QualificationsProven experience as a Software Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar.Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django) and/or mobile development (e.g., Flutter, React Native).Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally.
