About Us:Its IT Group is a leading IT services company specializing in innovative technology solutions for various industries. We seek a talented and experienced iOS Developer to join our team part-time for an exciting new project.

Project Overview:The "Cost Estimation Dashboard" project aims to streamline the process for remodeling contractors by providing quick and accurate estimates using real-time spatial data. This data will be captured through our custom Room Scanner app, utilizing Apple's RoomPlan API, ARKit, RealityKit, and other advanced technologies. The final product will integrate construction cost data from 1build.com to offer comprehensive cost estimations.

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the Room Scanner app for iOS using Swift.Integrate RoomPlan API, ARKit, RealityKit, and other relevant technologies.Collaborate with the project team to design and implement new features.Ensure the app's performance, quality, and responsiveness.Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Requirements:Proven experience as an iOS Developer with a strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store.Proficiency in Swift and familiarity with Objective-C.Hands-on experience with ARKit, RealityKit, and RoomPlan API.Strong understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.Access to a MacBook for development purposes.

Things to look at:Polycam and Canvas Apps (App Store) for spatial data capture are existing products that will help us align our direction as our app will have similar features.
