Android App Developer (Java and Kotlin)

Do you build high-performing Android apps with millions of downloads?

We're looking for a talented Java and Kotlin developer to join our team in Addis Ababa. You'll maintain and improve our existing portfolio (10+ apps, top apps > 5M downloads) while collaborating with PMs, engineers, and designers. Bonus points for Kotlin Multiplatform and A/B testing experience. The job has a competitive salary with a high performance bonus.

Perks:Competitive Salary: Initial salary will be net 25,000 birr for the first 4 to 6 months. After an initial evaluation based on your performance, your salary can be doubled or tripled using performance multiplier metrics. Employees will have the option to receive their salary in foreign currency from the parent company or in birr.
