If you are in the market for a new opportunity, JRD Systems is looking to hire a Power Apps developer that has extensive experience in developing and maintaining PowerApps, particularly for troubleshooting and enhancing existing Grievance Management Systems (GMS) and address critical bugs and stability issues within Power Automate flows, which often fail to complete despite Microsoft's intervention.
The ideal candidate has a background in the following:
• Two (2) years of experience within last five (5) years in designing business processes, electronic forms and layout, User Interface/ User Experience using BPM designer tools like Nintex, PowerApps, and/or other tool on-prem and Nintex Workflow Cloud;• Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years in implement solutions with multiple data sources (e.g., MS Azure SQL, MS SQL Server, and Oracle Databases);• Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Office 365 (O365), Azure Cloud/ AD, and API/ Rest services integrations; and, Five (5) years of experience in object-oriented programming using Java, PowerShell, Power Automate, or .NET.
Experience Preferred:
Professional experience in designing, developing, and deploying custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps:• Canvas, Power Pages/Portal, and Model-driven app designs. (experience with all three in the last 3 years)• Integration with Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, and REST data sources. (2 years experience with all three integrations)• Microsoft Power Automate to automate workflows between applications and services. (3 years experience)• Common relational databases and the ability to write advanced SQL queries. (5 years experience)• Power BI for creating reports and dashboards with DAX and Power Query. (2 years experience)• Implementing table-level security, record-level security, column-level security as well as teams and business unit security controls. (3 years experience)• Implementing environment level security with Microsoft's security and compliance, including data loss prevention (DLP) policies. (3 years experience)• Center of Excellence and Pocket of Excellence (1 year experience)• Conducting security risk assessments and recommending necessary controls. (3 years experience)• Creating custom plugins with .NET (2 years experience) Relational database:• Advanced SQL (recursive CTE, analytic functions, etc.) (5 years experience)• PL/SQL and T/SQL for stored procedures and functions (5 years experience) Education Required This classification requires the possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
