About the Role:Soft Solution Media is seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position, ideal for a professional with over 2 years of experience in WordPress development. The successful candidate will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress websites, customizing themes and plugins, optimizing website performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. The WordPress Developer will collaborate with design and development teams to deliver high-quality websites that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain WordPress websites.- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to fit client requirements.- Optimize website performance for speed and scalability.- Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across various browsers and devices.- Collaborate with design and development teams to translate design concepts into functional websites.- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and best practices.- Implement SEO best practices to improve site rankings.- Ensure adherence to web standards and accessibility guidelines.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in WordPress development.- Proficiency in back-end web development and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).- Strong skills in responsive web design and web design principles.- Experience with customizing WordPress themes and plugins.- Solid understanding of website performance optimization techniques.- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Experience with other CMS platforms (e.g., Joomla, Drupal) is a plus.
