AEM Developer

Key Responsibilities:Work with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions using AEM.Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.Customize and extend AEM functionalities to meet specific client needs.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces.Optimize the performance of AEM applications to ensure fast loading times and excellent user experience.Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AEM applications.Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in AEM and related technologies.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in AEM development.Proficient in Java programming language and related technologies (e.g., JSP, servlets, Spring).Experience in developing AEM components, templates, and workflows. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Adobe certification in AEM is a plus.
