Back End Developer

A young, dynamic, and innovative startup based in Tel Aviv that is on the lookout for a Senior Backend Developer, with proven system design and hands-on coding skills in Python.The company is developing an AI-driven cloud-based financial product, empowering companies to make science-based decisions for strategic and tactical moves.

Your Responsibilities:- Hands-on building of challenging backend production components, infrastructure, and core functionalities.- Lead all engineering aspects from research, design, to testing.- Rollout & monitor your code in production for the best customer experience.- Collaborate on feature definition & planning with the Product Management team.- Conduct Design and Code Reviews, and contribute to cross-architecture decisions.- Analyze and enhance efficiency, scalability, and stability of backend system components.- Work with Cloud systems, Web technologies, and Testing methodologies.

Requirements:- 5+ years of experience with Server-Side development. A minimum of 2 years using Python & AWS (a must).- Hands-on experience with designing, building, deploying, and maintaining scalable cloud systems.- Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure, databases, microservices & CI/CD.- Experience in data engineering, focusing on data pipelines and modeling - an advantage.- Enthusiastic about code quality, architecture, design, testing, and performance.- Team player, highly motivated, with a can-do approach.- Understanding the language of financial analysis - an advantage.
