React Native Developer

Position Title: Junior React Native DeveloperLocation: Remote JobDuration: 3 months (with potential for a permanent position based on performance)Hours: Full-time (8 hours/day, 6 days/week)Salary: PKR 35k per month (with potential for growth based on performance and post-probation)

Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Junior React Native Developer to join our team for a three-month full-time role with the potential to transition into a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile app development and a passion for creating and managing mobile applications. You will work closely with our development team to create, optimize, and maintain various mobile apps, ensuring high performance and excellent user experience.

Responsibilities:Develop and customize mobile applications using React Native.Optimize app performance and ensure app security.Update and maintain the React Native core, plugins, and libraries.Collaborate with the design team to implement and manage design changes.Troubleshoot and resolve app problems for clients and colleagues.Conduct app performance tests and provide regular performance reports.Assist in migrating and managing app deployments.

Qualifications:Proficient in React Native, JavaScript, and mobile app development.Experience with responsive and adaptive design.Good understanding of mobile app architecture and aesthetics.Ability to manage projects and work independently or as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills (advantageous for higher consideration):Proficiency in integrating APIs.Proficiency in Figma.Experience with asynchronous programming and data storage.Any other advanced mobile development skills are highly welcomed and can lead to a higher position within the team.Company gifts and a performance-based laptop provision.
