Python Back-End Developer

Summary:

We are looking for a fully remote Backend Engineer ($80k - $100k / year) with over 8 years of professional experience. This is a 100% remote role based anywhere in Europe. You will be working alongside the Engineering team helping B2B marketing teams repurpose exploding long-form videos into full-funnel, campaign-ready sales & marketing content.With two repeat founders with exits & funded by top-tier venture firms, we're building the first Enterprise video content automation platform to help marketing teams 10x their content output.

What You’ll Do:

We help users centralize marketing tasks such as messaging research, content generation, approvals, audit, lifecycle management, collaboration management, and performance measurement in a single platform.Build modern web applications with scalable infrastructures.Design and implement large-scale data pipelines to train cutting-edge models.Scale up model inference and running predictions at scale.Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through production.Develop and prototype retrieval systems, working on a range of tasks including generating useful dense vectors and reranking.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 8 years of professional experience (required)Experience working with Python or Golang.C++ or video processing experience is a big advantage.Interest in neural deep learning methods and machine learning.[Bonus] Experience implementing machine-learning systems (such as query classification, recommendation, embedding-based search, or machine-learned ranking)Experience with large-scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.
