React.JS Developer

Job Description:We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior React.js Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development with extensive experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. This role involves working on complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the development of new features from concept to deployment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js.Design and implement user interface components following React.js workflows such as Redux, Flux, or Context API.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code.Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the smooth operation of applications.Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.7+ years of professional experience in front-end development.5+ years of experience specifically in developing applications with React.js.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.Experience with popular React.js state management libraries (such as Redux or Context API).Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.).Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress).Proficient in version control tools, especially Git.Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience with integrating front-end applications with back-end services.Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with TypeScript.Knowledge of server-side rendering frameworks like Next.js.Familiarity with GraphQL.Experience with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexible working hours and the ability to work from anywhere.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Access to the latest tools and technologies to facilitate remote work.
