Senior Delphi developer

Role: Senior Delphi developerLocation: Overland Park, KS (100% Remote)Duration: 05+ months

Description:Looking for someone who can work on upgrade the Delphi project.Day to Day job Duties: • Works with business and technical staff to develop application modules/features that meets business needs.• Builds applications compliant with application frameworks and standards and assists in maintaining them.• Identify application modules , interfaces and their interdependencies.• Assist the development team in platform verification.• Review regression test results.• Support for System , Integration and UAT testing.• Familiar with Software development life cycle, knowledge of agile framework, and has worked on project implementing agile methods.• Troubleshoots issues that arise and escalates as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)Excellent working knowledge of Delphi development and upgrade – 5 to 7 yearsUnderstanding of ASP .NET technology – 1 to 3 years.Effective communication skills to convey complex and technical information both orally and in writing.Ability to work independently and effective coordination with teams.

Nice to have:• Delphi upgrade experience on mobile applications.

Education and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related IT field• 5 to 7 years of experience in IT development• Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent work experience.
