They aim to solve social issues that Japan is facing, such as the drastic increase in the number of natural disasters, aging infrastructure, and the decrease in the workforce due to the aging of the population.They are helping their clients improve their business issues by providing consistent support from data acquisition to utilization, utilizing the know-how we have gained through our extensive project track record.

[Background of Recruitment]They are developing business applications that support socio-industrial infrastructure based on their own platform.In the future, they would like to grow existing and new products to support more advanced operations and complex use cases.Currently, multiple applications are being developed at the same time, and they are looking for an engineer who can develop new applications while considering growth strategies for existing products.

[Attractive Points of Company/Work]The company is working on products that use AI x data to solve social problems in Japan, such as the declining birthrate, aging population, and relief efforts in times of natural disasters.They are in the phase of preparing for IPO and listing on the stock exchange.

[About the Team]You will be a member of a technology group with about 40 engineers.They are developing in a matrix structure of multiple engineering teams and project/product teams.A team will be formed based on the area of responsibility and project, and will work on development.

[The Work of the Entire Team will be as Follows]They are working on the design and development of services and products for facility inspection, disaster countermeasures, and security monitoring in the field of industrial infrastructure DX, and are responsible for a wide range of development from solution development combining AI x data, robotics, and software to product development not limited to hardware.

[What You will be Responsible for]Front-end and back-end development of our platform and business applications based on it

[The Clients]Major companies (electric industry/oil and coal products industry/steel industry/transportation industry/construction industry/communications industry, etc.) facility maintenance and safety management divisions, local governments, police, fire departments, etc.

[Business Areas]They are developing products that significantly improve inefficiencies in the following areas- Equipment inspectionInspection of social infrastructure, large-scale factories, plants, etc. owned by major corporations and municipalities- Construction managementAutomation and advanced information management to improve efficiency at construction sites- Disaster CountermeasuresRapid confirmation of evacuation status and evacuation publicity without human intervention in the event of a large-scale disaster- Security monitoring24-hour security for a wide range of factories, warehouses, bay ports, etc.

[Development Languages]node.js, vue, typescript, PHP, Laravel, TypeScript, etc.(They select technologies according to requirements.)

[Requirements]- Experience developing in teams of 3 or more- Web application development experience (emphasis on general engineering skills rather than knowledge of specific languages or frameworks)- Knowledge of CI/CD- Knowledge of web technologies- Experience writing test code- N2 level or above (All internal communications, documents, and customer support will be in Japanese)

[Preferred Requirements]- Experience in server-side development using Node.js- Experience in front-end development using Vue.js, React, etc.- Experience operating services using cloud infrastructures such as Azure and AWS- Knowledge and experience with microservice architecture- Experience in Agile development (Scrum development, etc.)- Experience in projects related to loT- Skills related to image processing/image recognition/image analysis- Skills related to deep learning/machine learning- Business level of English
