Job ResponsibilitiesAct as technical lead on Agile team performing code reviewDevelop familiarity with existing client processesDesign and build robust process automation solutions to client processes using Kofax CaptureCollaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design and operations) to design, build, test and ship new featuresDefect resolution improve application performanceContinuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiencyProvide quick response and delegation to critical system issues as well as preventative maintenance and optimization to ensure reliable uptime for end usersPerform code reviews to ensure scalability, robustness, and security of core products

Required Skills and Experience

15 years of experience in Analysis, Design, and implementation of ECM, BPM and Capture Solutions Expertise in Installation, Configuration, Administration and Development using OpenText Documentum suite of Products.Expertise in Installing, Configuration, Upgrades and Maintenance of Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules and Kofax TotalAgility.Knowledge on providing user training and provide backline technical support for system performance issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good Analytical, Presentation, Communication and Interpersonal skills, highly adaptable to new technologies & business environment. Good Team player with excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.Certified in Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules, Kofax TotalAgility and Ephesoft.
