The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.***Your Day-to-Day:Design and develop mobile applications using React NativeWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient codeCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new featuresContinuously evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiencyTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the applicationWork on continuous improvement projects to optimize the user experience What are the TOP Critical Skills or Must Haves skills a candidate should have on their resume in order to be considered?BS/BA degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or equivalent experienceAt least 2-3 years of experience developing mobile applications using React NativeStrong understanding of React Native, JavaScript, and ReactJSFamiliarity with Redux, GraphQL, and REST APIsExperience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have:Background supporting the integration of rich media assets, including video, into mobile propertiesExperience integrating ad serving products and analytics/reporting toolsExperience working with entertainment, games, news, or sports-related properties preferredUnderstanding of streaming video and DRM conceptsKnowledge of Localization practices Deal Breakers?Must be proactive in communication as this is a collaborative team, must be able to learn quickly in order to work independently on individual contributions towards deliverables, looking enthusiasm in their work
