Full-Stack React + Python Developer [Poland Only]

Location: Remote, Poland Only

Job Description:Join a dynamic team in the environmental products trading sector, focusing on integrating cutting-edge technology and data science to enhance trading and supply chain operations. In this role, you will contribute to a range of activities from developing market strategies, managing carbon credit portfolios, to enhancing operational efficiencies through technological innovations. You will work closely with Global Centers of Excellence, using advanced analytics and machine learning models to drive decision-making in trading environmental credits globally. The project aims to optimize supply and demand dynamics, ensuring commercial effectiveness while addressing global climate challenges.

Experience Requirements:3-5 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on React and Python.Technical Skills and Competencies:Full-Stack Development: Ability to build both the back-end and front-end components of React dashboards.React: Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.Python: Expertise in developing REST APIs and integrating APIs using Python.Unit Testing: Proficiency in writing unit tests using tools like Jest and Enzyme.Design Tools: Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision for creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.Tooling: Familiarity with Babel and Craco for project configuration and build optimization.Non-Technical Skills and Competencies:Understanding Stakeholder Requirements: Ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical language.Effective Communication: Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting solutions.Design Collaboration: Capable of discussing and suggesting design ideas based on stakeholder needs.Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile practices ensures adaptability in project development.
