Title: Senior Python Developer / Tech Lead

Location: hybrid 2-3 days/wk in Pheonix, AZ or Fort Lauderdale, FL

Duration: 6 12+ month on-going contract to potential hire

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Tech Lead with expertise in Python, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving multiple Gen AI use cases, particularly focusing on summarization and speech-to-text technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Develop and implement scalable NLP solutions and machine learning models.

Collaborate with customer service teams to build capabilities for CCP and frontline engineers.

Drive the development of a scalable speech-to-text engine to convert conversations into transcripts.

Work with data and analytics teams to enhance servicing technology capabilities.

Foster a collaborative environment and promote best practices in software development and machine learning.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in software development, with a significant portion in Python and machine learning.

Strong background in natural language processing and building scalable ML models.

Proficiency in back-end server-side development.

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and Google Cloud Platform services is a significant plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Java and API development.
