Job DescriptionItems in Green Must be Detailed and Apparent in the Resume. • Develop and support ServiceNow workflows, scoped applications, and out of the box adapters.• SereviceNow Developer and ServiceNow administrator certification required.• Build custom ServiceNow tables and queries to support the workflows and applications.• Work in an agile team format collaborating with a Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner, Product Delivery Manager, and business stakeholders.• Ability to create automations improving the end user experience, creating operational efficiencies, by eliminating manual processes.• Be able to work independently to ensure acceptance criteria is delivered, by designing when needed or following defined standards, documenting results and status.• Ensuring work is done with quality free of defects in a timely manner.• Have strong communication skills enable work to be done with stakeholders at varying levels in the organization.

Required Qualifications5-7 years' Experience as a ServiceNow Developer and ServiceNow administrator

Preferred QualificationsThese items will set a candidate apart exposure or experience with IDAM systems a plus preferably Saviynt. Though exposure to Hashicorp, ForgeRock, or CyberArk or other similar IDAM systems is also a benefit.
