Position Overview:We are seeking passionate and skilled developers to join Daylited's volunteer community. This is a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects, build your portfolio, and learn more about AI and fullstack development. Please note that these are unpaid projects meant for self-growth and are not paid positions or any type of employment or hire.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Development: Design, develop, and implement advanced AI models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning techniques.Fullstack Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into fullstack applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.Research and Innovation: Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and fullstack development technologies.Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the community.Client Solutions: Work closely with simulated client scenarios to understand needs and deliver customized AI solutions that drive business value.API and Web Services: Develop and maintain robust APIs, web services, and user interfaces to support AI applications.Code Quality: Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.Experience: Experience in AI development, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and model training. Experience in fullstack development is essential.Technical Skills:Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express).Expertise in building and deploying RESTful APIs and web services.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative AI solutions.Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring and leading technical teams.
