Senior Python Developer

Role:Along our challenge-full & growth-oriented journey, we are looking for an experienced and talented Python/Django developer to strengthen our teams.

Responsibilities:Improve and collaborate on an existing Python 3 / Django & Django Rest Framework codebaseTackle challenges across multiple topics (transactions, settlements, reconciliations, risk management, reporting, data science, ...)Identify technical requirements & solutions according to feature requestsReview code changes to learn from your peers and share your wisdomDeliver code according to best testing and documentation standardsCollaborate & synchronize often with the Product Owner and the Tech LeadReport to the Tech Lead & CTO

Requirements:4+ years in a previous developer position2+ years within a team following scrum principles (e.g. collaborating daily with a PO)Regular open source contributor (with a Github profile)Ability to navigate a large code base and making impactful changes within 1-2 weeksGood knowledge of the technology landscape & mentoring skillsKnowledge of Github Actions & CI principlesKnowledge of Kubernetes,Willingness to work in startup and have a strong impact Excellent English communication skills (written/verbal)
