Your tasks and responsibilities:Implementing new functionalities on our client’s platformWorking on a project from scratchSolving complex programming challenges while improving your knowledgeDoing regular code reviews/PR reviews for your colleaguesMaintaining existing code and bug-fixingWriting unit, integration, and E2E tests

We need you if you...Are a backend developer with 3+ years of experience in Ruby on RailsAre familiar with Active Record and RspecWorked on a production application in AWS or HerokuWorked with RDBMS like PostgreSQLHave experience with writing tests/TDD or a culture of testing your codeHave experience in building server-side apps, using the MVC pattern, or something similarHave a solid understanding of how web applications workHave an understanding of distributed systems and resilient applicationsHave practical knowledge of how to communicate with REST APISpeak Polish and English at a communicative levelAre familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
