The ideal candidate will be responsible fordesigning, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications forboth Android and iOS platforms ( Flutter ). You will work closely with ourproduct, design, and engineering teams to deliver user-friendly andinnovative mobile solutions.Key Responsibilities:App Development: Design, develop, and maintain Flutter mobileapplications for Android and iOS platforms.User Interface Design: Collaborate with designers to ensure applicationshave a polished, intuitive, and engaging user interface.Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Perform codereviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Testing: Conduct unit testing and debug applications to ensure reliabilityand optimal performance.Integration: Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of application design,architecture, and functionality.Project Planning: Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery ofprojects. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.User Feedback: Gather and incorporate user feedback to improve appfunctionality and user experience.Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existingapplications, including updates and bug fixes.Collaboration: Work effectively within a remote team environment, usingcollaboration tools to communicate and coordinate tasks.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience: 3-4 years proven experience as a mobile app developer with astrong portfolio of released applications on the App Store or Google Play.Technical Skills:Hands on experience of minimum 3-4 years on Flutter mobile appdevelopment.Integration of user-facing elements designed by UI/UX designers to buildnew mobile applications from grounds up.Working on complex mobile applications for further enhancement/addition offeatures.Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules.Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.Integration of data storage solutions.Understanding of fundamental principles behind a scalable applicationdevelopment and implementing the same on client projects.User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers,and environments.Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to backendservices.Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
