The Role Architect and implement JavaScript-based web and mobile applications for our enterprise clients using the React open-source library ecosystem, including Flux / Redux. Work with the Business Analysis, UX, and Backend teams to devise a scalable, secure, and robust architecture for your applications. The ability to go above and beyond client expectations to deliver sophisticated, high-quality end products is critical.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize sophisticated front-end applications utilizing ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with deep integration with backend systems using APIs in microservice ecosystems. Architect and implement robust, maintainable, high-performance solutions using advanced ReactJS libraries like Flux and Redux.Collaborate closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end components with server-side APIs, leveraging your knowledge of Node.js and its ecosystem.Implement and maintain high-quality UI/UX designs, adhering to industry best practices.Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web development.Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior front-end developers within the team.Diagnose and fix bugs and optimize apps for performance. Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality. Write scalable, portable code that can adapt to various form factors. Have in-depth knowledge of security protocols and be able to secure web and mobile apps from malware and hacking attempts.

Required Skills Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Thorough understanding of ReactJS and its core principles Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Flux or Redux) Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js) Experience with server-side rendering techniques, frameworks, and optimization strategies.In-depth knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications, including code-splitting, lazy-loading, and caching strategies.Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools like Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.Exposure to web technologies like GraphQL, WebSockets, and Web Workers.Knowledge of Isomorphic React is a plus Expertise with RESTful APIs and Microservices interactions is a definite requirement. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token Familiarity with CI/CD tools and models Experience with standard front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. A knack for benchmarking and optimization Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git.
