We are seeking a remote Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in JavaScript or Java to join our team. As a full stack engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable and efficient RESTful micro-services.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software for high-performance, highly scalable microservicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products and servicesEnsure all software meets business requirements, technical specifications, and is scalable, reliable, and maintainableParticipate in agile software development, prototyping, and code reviewsDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, release notes, and user manuals

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing highly scalable and efficient RESTful micro-servicesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalentProficiency in any modern object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, React, AWS, Javascript, etc.)Solid understanding of distributed systems and application securityExpertise in any one database technology (e.g., RDBMS like Oracle or Postgres and/or NoSQL like DynamoDB or Cassandra)Broad knowledge and understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS industry with hands-on experience of public cloud offerings (AWS, GAE, Azure)Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns and an engineering discipline to produce software with qualitySolid understanding of application performance, and designing low latency, high-speed HTTP applicationsB2+ English level

Nice to have

Proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker containersFamiliarity with GraphQL, web application development, and additional JavaScript libraries
