Job Overview:We seek a highly experienced Senior Web Developer to take on a leadership role in our development team. This position will involve working on impactful projects for our e-commerce platforms, focusing on integrating with databases from over 20 furniture manufacturers in the United States on Shopify. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in .NET and WordPress and a proven track record in Shopify-based e-commerce development.

In addition, we are responsible for designing, building, troubleshooting, and maintaining our own CMS, Blog Management System, and WordPress websites for our existing clients.

Please note that only full-time positions are available; part-time positions are not available.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the backend of our e-commerce websites.Design and develop Shopify websites, focusing on the furniture retail industry.Integrate manufacturer APIs to import product data into our Shopify stores seamlessly.Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and efficient management of product information.Address challenges in category matching and API data conversion for Shopify compatibility.Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure integrated and functional website design.Continuously optimize website performance for maximum efficiency and user experience.Troubleshoot, identify and resolve website issues promptly.Create and implement custom themes, plugins, and APIs, prioritizing scalability and maintainability.Apply SEO strategies to maximize online visibility and effectiveness.Work collaboratively with various teams, effectively communicating technical solutions.Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in Shopify development and e-commerce technologies.

Required Skills:Strong experience in backend development, with proficiency in .NET, Shopify, and WordPress.Extensive experience with Shopify APIs, e-commerce platforms, and integrating third-party applications.Skilled in integrating and managing third-party APIs for product data.Expertise in complex problem-solving related to data integration and management.In-depth understanding of database technologies and best practices.Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.Basic knowledge of server management.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management, and tools like ClickUp.Experience with Shopify Plus, Shopify POS, and Shopify App Development (preferred).
