Job Description:

Qualifications ➢ Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. ➢ Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. ➢ Should have good Analytical skills ➢ Minimum 7 years of experience working in a global delivery environment (Onsite and Offshore Delivery Model)➢ Understanding of common industry standard business practices supported by CRM and relational database concepts.

Primary Skill Set ➢ Minimum 7+ years of experience in Development/ Configuration & Customization of solutions including validation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer or Sales Module ➢ MS .NET C#, web services ➢ Development experience: Azure Services, JavaScript, Plug-in development, Actions, Custom workflow assembly development, Custom page integration (JavaScript to integrate with CRM forms) ➢ Familiar with Software development life cycle using a waterfall & agile methodology for development projects. ➢ Good Understanding of HTML, HTML5, XML, CSS

Nice to have: ➢ Needs to be conversant with design tools such as Visio etc. Should have hands on experience in making software architecture diagrams, swim lanes, use case diagrams. ➢ Microsoft Technologies including Power Apps, Power BI ➢ Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Certifications
