Full stack mern developer

Title: Full Stack MERN Developer

Requirements:- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack)- Expertise in frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js- Experience with frontend component libraries such as Ant Design, Shadcn, Chakra UI- Very strong knowledge in raw JavaScript- Documentation interpretation skills- GitHub collaboration expertise- API integration and SaaS application experience- Frontend design from Figma and dynamic functionality implementation- Backend development experience. Must have backend and frontend set-up coding practice in industry standards like MVC or Modular pattern.- Familiarity with database management systems, particularly MongoDB- Strong mindset for extreme challenges and tight schedules

Optional Requirements:- Background in Computer Science or relevant field- Minimum of 1 year job experience- typescript

Salary & Work Scope:- Initial observation period; salary review based on performance- Salary: 10k-30k BDT ( based on your skills) - Weekends usually on Fridays- Flexible working hours, but availability for client/project meetings required- Minimum 7-8 hours per day, potentially longer during extreme deadlines- Festival bonus, Eid bonus, and other bonuses available based on performance and teamwork- Opportunity for bonus salary and promotion with excellent performance in the team and project completion.
