HOW A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Provide technical leadership, bringing best engineering practices to all phases of large-scale engineering initiativesWork cross-functionally with engineers, designers, QA, and product managersDesign and execute new user-facing features and applicationsBuilding test automation to ensure quality release after releaseLead initiatives to refactor, re-engineer, and reimagine our platformProduce high-quality software that is well designed, fully unit tested and passes peer code reviewDeliver projects with high quality and at a rapid cadence

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or Technical Training/Certification(s) with 7 years experience Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails and ORM a MUSTExperience supporting large refactoring/re-engineering projectsExperience with XML, AWS CDKUS Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
