Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist (Python Developer) to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to oversee the adaptation of the Python-based ERP system for our company's use and to manage the creation and maintenance of connections and automations with various APIs and third-party software.

Job ResponsibilitiesLead the adaptation of a Python-based ERP system for the company's specific needs.Manage the development, integration, and maintenance of connections and automations with various APIs and third-party software.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Oversee the in-house developer and coordinate with an outsourced full-stack development team.Allocate resources and make decisions to align with company goals and project requirements.Develop, track, and adjust project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.Apply Agile methodologies to manage projects with a mix of in-house and outsourced team members.Maintain code quality and consistency through effective code reviews and testing processes.Utilize project management tools and software to facilitate communication, collaboration, and project tracking.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Python development.

QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in application development, with a strong background in Python development.Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in software development environments.Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing ERP systems, with demonstrated expertise in system setup, customization, and integration with eCommerce platforms.Familiarity with Amazon SP-API, Google App Scripts, and Zapier is highly desirable.Proven track record of successfully managing projects involving these technologies.Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and coordination skills to facilitate collaboration between in-house and outsourced teams.Experience with ERP software is a plus.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in software development projects.
