The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow HRSD solutions in hospital settings. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, technical leadership, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver scalable and robust IT solutions.About the Role:We are seeking a talented ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and maintaining our ServiceNow HRSD system, ensuring its smooth operation and efficient support for our human resources needs. You will collaborate closely with our HR team to understand their requirements and develop solutions that streamline processes and improve functionality.Responsibilities:Review and comprehend user stories on the agile board to work independently on assigned tasks.Participate in weekly standup meetings to discuss progress, roadblocks, priorities, and project timelines.Utilize your ServiceNow HRSD expertise to implement and maintain the system effectively.Possess a foundational understanding of the Employee Center Pro platform and its functionalities.Partner with the team to implement best practices for ServiceNow HRSD system utilization.Contribute to the development and maintenance of microsites, ServiceNow mobile applications, and system upgrades.(Optional) Leverage your Workday experience (if applicable) to assist with integration efforts.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRSD Developer or related role.Demonstrated knowledge of HRSD implementation and maintenance best practices.Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.Experience working with user stories and managing tasks on an agile board.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.Basic knowledge of the Employee Center Pro platform is a plus.Experience building microsites, ServiceNow mobile applications, and system upgrades is a strong asset.
